Get Pumped with Pumpkins 🎃

Participants bring their own small to medium-sized pumpkin (5-8 lbs) to use as a workout tool. The class will combine strength, cardio, and core moves while using pumpkins for added resistance. After class join us for light fall refreshments and pumpkin decorating.
