Circuit Training

You won't be bored when you do circuit training. This workout gets your heart rate up and strengthens your muscles at the same time.You’ll move quickly through 8-10 exercise stations to work different muscle groups with little to no rest between stations. Each station has a different exercise. All levels are welcome!


If you want to experience the power and agility of boxing without risking a broken nose, Piloxing may be for you. Piloxing combines Pilates and boxing moves in a high-spirited interval workout and is a unique new fitness program that's gaining popularity worldwide, spurred on by celebrity converts.


Strictly Strength

This multi-level class is for anyone who wants to develop muscular strength and endurance.  This easy-to-follow workout challenges every major muscle.

Butts and Gutts


Butts and Gutts is the perfect combination for targeting your most common problem areas. A challenging variety of abdominal and core exercises will tone and strengthen your midsection while gluteal focused moves work your backside. Through very isolated movements using primarily body weight, bands and weights, your butt and gutt will soon be your best assets!

High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T.) is a full-body, fat-burning class to get your body and mind into the best shape ever.  Combining functional conditioning and strength training with high-intensity cardio intervals will rapidly transform your strength, cardiovascular capacity and overall level of fitness.


PiYo Strength

Combining 20 seconds of high intensity exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest.  Tabata workout has been scientifically proven to increase aerobic and anaerobic metabolism.  It consists of a full body workout, so let's get our Tabata on!

PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. And, we crank up the speed to deliver a true fat-burning, low-impact workout that leaves your body looking long, lean, and incredibly defined.

Hoop Dancing

Hoop Dancing is a combination of creative movement and exercise.  It is an upbeat work-out that blends the invigoration of cardio with core-strengthening movements,and improves flexibility and balance.  This form of fitness uses large, slightly heavy hoops for toning muscles with on-and off-body moves.  No experience is necessary and hoops will be provided for all.


Body Sculpting

Body Sculpting is a strength training workout that combines flexibility and cardiovascular conditioning using free weights, resistance bands, and your own body! This is a total body toning class which consists of strength training to reshape the entire body without building extreme muscular size or bulk. Body Sculpt is designed to provide you with a total body workout! Good for all levels.
